| Customer Reviews: wow brilliant for first fone July 13, 2003 jamie taylor 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
this phone is a little gem. as a first buy for a mobile phone you will not find a better one and a low price aswell. its a very stylish and small and very similar to other flip phones on the market but at a way way cheaper price its flip conceals the keypad so there is no problem of ever phoneing someone without realising its in your pocket ringing the ringtones are ok i suppose but being able to download them helps to personalise them to your tastes.i recommened this phone to anyone
great little phone August 8, 2006 NettAdi (jerusalem Israel) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Had two of those for the past 5 years or so. I have dropped it, mistreated it, and it is still working. Easy to use as basic phone - easy to carry, answer and make calls. An ideal mobile phone but not good as a gadget - sms is tricky, and the menu is extensive but can be frustrating.
Good battery life ( 2-3 days under constant use).
ring volume it is too weak. still, the vibration is very strong.
Poor texting interface September 6, 2003 8 out of 10 found this review helpful
I found this phone excellent except for the texting interface. It was extremely frustrating to get used to! I was used to the Nokia texting interface, so this came as a major culture shock. Its difficult to input numbers + unusual characters I found. Some good things are Voice recognition, vibration alerts, alarm clock and you can even record live phone calls and play them back (which was fairly amusing). Also its size is a major bonus, very cute! But another weak point was the lack of ring-tones. It was very basic in that department. Also I found the over-all sound quality of calls lower than when using a Nokia phone before. I expect I will keep this about 6-9 months before buying a new one when I get completely fed up with the poor sound quality and awkward texting interface :D Summary : Good for size, alerts and voice recognition. Poor text interface and a question mark over the sound quality.
