Customer Reviews: Nokia 3410 (old good phone) April 17, 2009 M. Wronski (Arbroath, UK) 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
I have purchased recently (march 2009) nokia 3410 and... what can I say. There is many phones on the market with color screens, mp3's support, cameras etc. But many years ago it was my first phone and I decided to get that one again. It has got mono display (yoy can see everything in the sun) with improved resolution (comparing to nokia 3310), very comfortable large buuttons, It has got 5 games (SNAKE 2, LInk 5, SPACE IMPACT, BUMPER and BANTUMI). Now is more space on the screen when You play snake 2 and that means higher top scores :-) It supports JAVA technology (not through GPRS so You pay for the time of browsing not kilobytes). There is just 180 KB memory free for JAVA applications but still I didn't buy it for the latest technology. In the menu EXTRAS You can find: alarm clock (wow-incredible),calculator, stopwatch, countdown timer, composer, picture editor, screen saver. Mono ringtons sounds well especially that one called FUNFAIR, HUMMINGBIRD or TRANSYLVANIA. You can hear them clearly in the crowd, bus etc. There are separate buttons for answering and ending calls, for choosing options and two scrolling buttons. For me it is improvement comparing to the previous model. Phone is quite heavy (which is good for me), screen is settled deep in the case so there is no way you can damage it. It has got changable covers. If You collect old phones or have enough todays micro-sized phones with tiny buttons or You just want to remind to yourself how it was 7 years ago - just buy it.
Good if its what your looking for July 23, 2010 Mr. A. Pyne (U.K) This is the nokia that everybody will think of when you say an old nokia. This little phone today however is inferior however that is what i use it for. Being a black and white phone and having few functions gives it extended battery life and makes it a good phone for taking on holiday where you do not need all the add ons of your normal phone and due to the low cost if you lose this it is not the end of the world. I would also recommend this as a first phone due to it being very easy to use and does not have anything that confuse a less electronically minded person.

When I first got this phone. I was pleased with my choice. It looked cool and it was even cooler when I switched it on. On it,it has:A load of great games including - Snake 2, Pinball with a choice of 2 different tables, Space Impact, Muniki and 4 in a row. Quite a few screensavers including pictures of - flowers, football, pandas, the beach e.t.c and also some animated ones of - your name which flies around the screen, an umbrella e.t.c Many ringtones featuring some such as - merry Christmas, Barn Dance e.t.c THe phone is easy to use and provides something to do when you are on a train. I would recommend this phone above all others.
Bad phone 6 years ago December 19, 2009 C. P. Bennett 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
This phone was outdated in 2003. It's bulky, slow and in every way inferior to phones you can get for cheaper today. These phones also have a tendency to break easily, I had two which both broke.
